These terms cover the TaleJoy website and story service, operated by Bahri Okuroglu, trading as TaleJoy, a sole proprietor based in Türkiye. They are intended for parents and carers, who should supervise children’s use of the app, website, and linked services.

Enjoying the stories

You may enjoy the stories, narration, previews, and videos made available to you for personal, non-commercial use. The stories, illustrations, characters, branding, and other original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Please do not republish, redistribute, sell, or adapt our stories or artwork without permission. These terms do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.

The mobile app and its licence

The app is being prepared for public release. Its current development and preview versions do not offer subscriptions or create customer accounts. This website does not sell subscriptions. Any preview access does not promise permanent free access to the full collection after launch.

When distributed through Apple’s App Store, the app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement. These service terms supplement that licence and do not replace it. Apple’s applicable store terms govern purchases and billing.

Subscriptions, when available

If we offer an App Store subscription, the purchase screen will show the included access, billing period, price and currency, renewal terms, and any introductory offer before a parent confirms payment. Only the offer shown at purchase applies. No trial, fixed price, particular billing period, or Apple Family Sharing benefit is promised by this page.

Payment is charged through the Apple Account used for the purchase. An auto-renewing subscription renews unless cancelled; Apple may charge for renewal during the 24 hours before the next period begins. To avoid a renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Any price change is subject to Apple’s notice and consent rules and applicable law.

Manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription in your device’s Settings: your name → Subscriptions, or through Apple’s subscription management page. Deleting the app, removing local data, or contacting TaleJoy does not itself cancel Apple billing. See Apple’s cancellation help for device instructions and regional exceptions.

Cancelling renewal normally leaves access until the paid period ends, subject to Apple’s refund, revocation, and regional rules. A subscription gives access during its entitlement period, not ownership of the stories or permanent access to downloaded copies. Restore access using the Apple Account that made the purchase and the app’s restore-purchases option when subscriptions become available; contact us if access is missing.

Refunds for Apple-billed purchases can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is determined under Apple’s rules and applicable consumer law. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. See Apple’s refund guidance.

Story availability

Story previews describe the TaleJoy collection. An episode appearing on the website does not promise that its full text, narration, or video is available here. Video samples are identified where provided.

The collection may grow or change, and content may need corrections or removal for rights, safety, or technical reasons. We do not promise a fixed release schedule or that every story will remain available indefinitely. This does not limit remedies you may have if a paid service is not supplied as agreed.

Third-party videos and links

YouTube provides embedded sample videos when you choose to load them. Its terms and privacy policy apply to its service. YouTube controls its player, recommendations, advertising, and availability. Other external links take you to services with their own terms.

Responsible use

Please do not interfere with the app or website, attempt to access private systems, bypass access restrictions, or use the service unlawfully.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy explains app, website, and support data handling. We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. We will give notice of material changes affecting an active paid service and obtain agreement where required by law; an update does not remove rights already acquired.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
