Who are the stories for?
Our current collection is written for children ages 3–5, to enjoy with a grown-up. Each series page shows its intended age range.
Where can I get the TaleJoy app?
The app is still being prepared for release. We’ll add the download link here once it is publicly available.
Why do I need to load a sample video?
Sample videos are provided by YouTube. Choosing to load one connects your browser to that service. We keep the player unloaded until then. Learn more in our video privacy information.
A video won’t play. What should I try?
Check your connection and try reloading the page. Some browser privacy settings or network restrictions block YouTube. You can still explore the stories and illustrations without enabling it.
Does every story have a video?
Each series has one selected free sample. Its video will appear on the series page when it is ready. The rest of the adventures are for the TaleJoy app.
How can I ask about privacy or delete information?
Contact us using the email above. Our privacy policy explains local app data, support messages, and requests for access or deletion. Please send requests as a parent or carer.
Where can I find subscription and cancellation information?
Subscriptions are not available yet. Our subscription terms explain how future Apple-billed offers, renewals, cancellation, and refunds will work. The actual price and included access will be shown before purchase.
Can I use the illustrations or stories elsewhere?
The stories and artwork are for personal enjoyment. Reuse, republication, or commercial use needs permission. See our terms of use.
